Hope everyone is great. I have a problem with Change Velocity and ADO integration.
I’m following the documentation regarding this integration. While I was completing the ‘Connect a tool’ playbook in the workspace and, after checking the permissions (I’m not having every permission granted, the client does not want to grant the Project Administrator permission), it doesn’t seem to be discovering any projects at all. I don’t understand why that is happening, I didn’t find anything related to this issue in the documentation, as well as on youtube or the community. Keep in mind that since I don't have that permission I also have to configure the webhooks in the ADO side manually.
If I don’t have the projects discovered, I cannot continue with the configuring the webhooks manually on the ADO side, and with the integration.
Here is what I believe may be useful information:
- A connection seems to be established and the token/credentials seems to be okay
- When trying to discover the projects, the request never ends.
- The tool is Orchestration and I’m trying to connect as an organization and not as a project
Could the problem be that I don’t have the Project Administrator permission? Is there a workaround for it?
Every comment is useful as I don’t have much experience regarding this integration and I’m not finding many information.
