Hello, I intended to changed a field on the emergency change request only, and before I moved the change from the developer instance to the UAT instance, I checked to see that the field was only changed on the emergency change request and no other change requests. Now I see that the field shows on all of the change requests. Do you know how I can get the field to show only on the emergency change request? Please see the attached screen shots. Thanks!

You can create a UI policy and hide the field for change type = normal or standard.

Look like the UI policy did not captured and moved to UAT and that is reason it showing on all changes.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. I left something out, the standard and normal change should have a field that reads "Documentation only" instead of "Reboot".
