Changing Variable Attributes in Portal Widget

For catalog items on our service portal, I am able to include the User ID with the User's Name for a reference field that is referencing the sys_user table.   I do that by setting the Variable Attributes to: "ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=user_name,ref_ac_order_by=name"

How can I do this for a Portal Widget?   Specifically, I would like the User ID to be visible on the reference of "Requested For" on the sc_cart page.

Hi Kurt,

This is a property that you can set.

If you go to properties within the Service Catalog:

If you scroll down pretty far, you find this:

Here you can specify which columns you want to show in the requested for drop down like this:

That is weird.

I did what you did and got this:

what release/patch are you on? This seems as a bug.

Hello.

I am currently facing the same problem. I noticed that there is a difference between "request for" and "requested for". In the two step checkout I only get the "requested for" field, and I can not adjust the values there. Where can I see the "request for" widget?

Greetings, Christoph
