Chat is not connecting to live agent

Hi
I encountered a issue that the chat didn't connect to the live agent even if there is available agent during the time period. I already check the availability of the agents during the time period in agent presence histories table and it show that there is available agent. Is there any reason why this issue happens? And is there any way on how I can track the activity of the Support or Live agent?
