Hi Team,

 

I am trying to build the chatbot for KB article and below is the point where i get stuck.

1.I need to search a KB article base on keyword but without mentioning in properties.

2.When anyone search content that also of that content is present in any KB than that should display..

 

Please anyone guide me..

 Meta tags were generally used by old contextual search ( Zing). However, latest AI search does not uses Meta tags on Knowledge articles. It uses different set of parameters to rank the AI search results ( such as title, content, version, last updated, freshness etc).

 

You can manually index " Meta Tags" if you want, but I would suggest its not of worth. Instead, you can update the article contents for better search results.

Hi Ravi,

I had enable to AI Search but the issue is that when I try to search KB article than it giving me catalog item initially.

after 3-4 show more than it is giving KB article.

So when I want KB article not catalog item to raise RITM

 

You can configure content items ( Catalogs, KB articles, News etc) in

Search Profile -> Result Improvement Rules -> Create a Rule based on your requirment .

 

Also, you can modify the order for your particular portal by navigating to 

AI Search -> Search Result Actions -> Set the Order -> Re - Index & Republish your AI Solution.
