Hi,
I want to check how approvers are being assigned based on any entity selected on the form.
In workflow, its not clear enough how approvers are triggered.
For a entity it's showing 21 approvers. For some ,5 approvers.I am trying to check count of approvers.Where can I check in detail how they are being assigned.
thanks in advance!

Which form you are referring to ? Is it the catalog item ? Approvals can be set to either individual approvals or group approvals. If you have configured group approval, then the number of approvers would be all the members of that group.
If you want to know the count of approvers on a RITM, you can make a report on sysapproval_approver table or refer this post https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/how-to-get-ritm-catalog-item-details-from-sysap...
Thanks and Regards

Its a catalog item,Approvers are from two groups. When I select entity ,approvers are assigned. In attachment you can see,for entity 1975 - EMD Millipore Corporation ,there are 5 approvers. For entity 1023 - Merck Sp. z o.o.there are 19 approvers. These 19 approvers are from both groups i.e all members..However for entity 975 - EMD Millipore Corporation,How only 5 approvers are assigned? How can we check this?
