We can see that on comments i selected no then after that conversation ends , i dont want to end my conversation like this , i want to ask a question to the end the user that 'need any more help?' if it selects yes then it should continue the conversation if it's says no then it should end the conversation

Please update the conversational topic to make the changes in case if the user enter No.

1. Navigate to Conversation Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Designer

2. Edit the topic which you have included the template "Check IT Ticket Status (Template)"
