Check ticket status on VA

Hi, when a user clicked the check IT ticket status option within the VA and selected a ticket and then try to add a comment it says this. It is fine for other users but says this on multiple tickets of hers? Any suggestions?

Yeah I checked and they was more for when the whole topic isnt working, this is just 1 user that cant add comments
