Checkbox field is having a white background so its unseen in the portal

Hi,
i have a problem that in my 'Create Incident' Record Producer in the portal, the user cant see the checkbox field 'System Failure' because his background his probably white. How can I resolve this issue? Only when I click on the field and try to mark the field then you can see the border:
