Checkbox variables value not clearning off via UI Policy in Service Portal.

Hi All,

 

For one of the catalog item, we have some checkboxes users can select from, but those checkboxes are hidden in case of a particular value of a  multiple-choice variable.

 

When an RITM is submitted using this scenario, surprisingly these checkbox variables are still showing in Service Portal and backend with value as false.

 

How to clear off value of checkbox variables, UI policy is not able to do so.

Hi there,

 

You can't clear off values of a checkbox, a checkbox always has a value... true or false.

 

Question is a bit how you are making them conditionally visible and why that is not working after submitting. It should be possible, so its something in your setup. Please share.
