checklist after upgrade of instance.

Good Day!

                        I have recently upgraded my instance to Tokyo from Rome. What are the checklists i need to make after upgrade to make my instance is upgraded  perfectly or not.

Could you please assist me with the list.

Every customer's instance is configured/utilized differently, hence you will need to test according to your company's configurations/customizations.
