I am running into an issue with a auto applying checklist template. I have tried with Decision builder and Flow designer and get the same results. The first time works with no issues with my conditions. The issue is what if there a mistake made and the user selected the wrong option at the creation of the ticket (example: the user selected the server from the drop down instead of firewall and hit submit to the form. The form auto applied the checklist for the server. Servicenow applied the checklist template for the server. when I go back and open the record and discover the mistake, I change the device to firewall and submit it. The ticket now is correct with the Device but the wrong checklist. Is there a way to have the checklist change to the correct device? The flow is set to run for every change of the record. The checklist stays the same for the first device. Is this by design or a bug?
Now if I create a flow from either the decision table or the flow designer with adding a device name to the description, it reports each change every time correctly. If I add the checklist template back in the mix the template only recognizes the first template applied but the device correctly reports the device (server, firewall) each change correctly.
