Hi,
We’re planning to start using the checklist feature for HR cases in Agent Workspace. (Yokohama version).
questions:
I have a few questions regarding its functionality:
- Is there any documentation or reference material available to help understand how this feature works?
- Is it possible to configure different checklists for each catalog item?
- Can we define different checklists for the same catalog item based on the requestor’s region or location?
- Can the above configurations (#2, # & #4) be implemented without any customization?

If I’m not wrong, a check can be created based on the service and applied at the service level, not item-wise.

HR cases are generated via record producers.
Checklists are associated with HR Services.
