Checklist task in playbook(2 checklist task present in playbook)

In my Playbook, I have created two checklist activities.

  • For the first checklist activity, everything works correctly. When I select all checklist items, the task completes as expected.

  • However, for the second checklist activity, I am facing two issues:

    1. The checklist is only visible to admin users, and not visible to non-admin users.

    2. When I configure the task with Parent-> Fraud Case, it automatically:

      • Shows the checklist items from the previous checklist activity
      • Auto-selects (ticks) all items
      • Automatically completes the task

Hello Maiti , actually the solution u say tells that in task field we should add some data , but in 1st checklist i have added but in 2nd checklist if i add something in task field it 

  • Shows the checklist items from the previous checklist activity
  • Auto-selects (ticks) all items
