Hello Team,
I have requirement, Statting "To integrate the existing Deployment Checklist items onto the (our) Change Request form " for this I have one excel sheet according to that integrate the checklist.
I have seen there is not checklist attached with change form currently, could you please advise how e can go ahead and configure this .

in the form designer there is a formatter "Checklist" you can place on your form:

@Maik Skoddow we can add those it form layout as well , Please correct me , then how we can attach excel over there. if i added will it display for all change form normal , emergency and standard change . ?
