Hi Community,

There is a bug in ServiceNow Washington DC PDI. Notification for Change rejected is having the content approved. 

DID anyone have the same issue. ??

Hi @shreedevin 

You are not passing the right change request number for notification preview. The change record you have given is an approved change, that's why it is being shown as approved. Try with change number CHG0000007 as shown below :
