Choice field on a table showing duplicate values

HI 

I have a business application table and the field architecture type field showing duplicate values.

Any idea why it is generating duplicate values and how to solve it. The duplicate value showing in Blue color.

There is no default value given for the choice field.

Hi,

It is not showing me duplicate.

If it is displaying you duplicate entry, try to Deactivate any one and see, if it works.

Are you checking in new record or old record. Value show in blue means either it changed or deleted.

Hi @srimanta sahoo1,

Whenever you see a value displayed in blue, this typically means the field was initially given a value and after saving the record, the choice value was deleted or changed.

The original invalid/missing choice value is then displayed in blue . This is expected behavior.

To rectify, save the record with the correct/new (non blue) value and you will no longer see the duplicate (blue) value.

Hi Robbie,

I also did the same and duplicate values disappears. 

i want to understand if someone change this dropdown value from client server to platform host, why it may create another duplicate entry in that choice field. 

On this example above, even if you clear the duplicate value by manual selecting the correct choice value, after some days it creates the fresh duplicates.
