Choice table not available for Suggestion field

I have a String field that I want to provide suggestions by choosing Advanced View>Choice List Specification>

Choice table: Pick my custom table
 
However my custom table is not showing in the Choice table drop down.  Some other custom tables are as well as OOTB tables.  Why can't I pick this particular table?

You'll need to check this script include and see if your table fits the criteria.  This is what populates the available choice tables.
