Choices automatically deleting from table

We have migrated two choices of "access type" field from one instance to another instance. IT has been migrated successfully but after few mins those choices are automatically invisible/deleted from the "access type" field, and I am no more able to see those choices. 

Anyone has faced this issue? and what would be the reason for this?

Is it getting deleted or not available for selection on form.

Not sure if they are deleted, but after some time they are automatically invisible under choices of the field

Try to get it again via update set and then check is issue still there.

any other update set was deployed which deleted/inactivated those choices?

Did you check in deleted records in left nav of that target instance?

Any client script is removing those options using g_form.removeOptions()
