Choices in servicenow

I have a variable that brings from sys_choice table couple of a choices by refence qualifier.

this works fine and bring also the only ones in English,
the problem is when an user with different language is trying to view the choices it wont work.
even if I specified in the qualifier to view only in English. 
how can I view only in English for all languages ?
I have a lot of choices I cannot create choices per language.
