Ci is not getting mapped correctly

Identifying solution to route the alert generated tickets to accurate Cl name. rather than " Functional unit" . The tickets have CI name on the short description or Description. The Alert rules should be reviewed to assign it with proper CI name.

how can I troubleshoot the alert or event rules to get correct CI mapped.
