CI Name's for linux/windows or computer are getting changed to uppercase

Hi All,
We have done integration with Tanium via Service Graph connector. I see that in the staging table I'm getting CI name in lower case but in CI Table it is getting changed to Upper case. Is there anything run in the backend which normalizes the name of the CI'S?

Hello @Nivedita9 

First check field mapping in IntegrationHub ETL (your Tanium ETL) - If there is any transform/script associated with mapping which has “..toUpperCase()”

Then check if any Business Rule has the above code or not.
