CI operational status getting discovered as Non operational

CI operational status getting discovered as Non operational for Servers even if install status is installed. Can someone explain why this is happening

Hi @SHALIKAS ,
Have you changed the status of CI to Non operational? In this case the status will not change to Operations once the CI is discovered. To fix this, you can create a business rule. Refer the below thread for more details

For few of the servers it is happening as if it is getting discovered for the 1st time, i.e. it is being created in the cmdb_ci table then also the operational status is non operational and install status is installed
