ci relations formatter: set flat view as default view

Hi ,

 

how to set the flat layout at the "ci relations" formatter on Server table as default for everyone?

Hi @Sush 

In order to set the flat layout at the "ci relations" formatter on Server table as default for everyone
1. Go to User Administration > User Preferences
2. Search for 'ecmdb.view' in 'Name' or you can navigate to that user preference record through the below link:
  https://your-instance-name.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_user_preference.do?sys_id=bce37623932f7...
3. Update the 'Value' field to 'flat' for ecmdb.view and select the 'System' checkbox as shown below

I could not find record with sys id ,I tried changed it for other record with ecmdb.view name but it did not work when I opened the server record

It is working as expected in my PDI.
Have you selected the 'System' checkbox?
