Can you please guide on the below.
While creating the outage, the list of CIs chosen should auto populate in Affected CIs and Impacted Services.

Anyone? Im trying to get the Services and CIs to autopop based on the linked tickets and/or the information on the original ticket.

I don’t think this is a good use case because it’s not necessary that all CIs are down, impacted, or affected. Marking all CIs in outage could significantly impact your commitments. Let’s reconsider this approach.
