Hi Everyone,

I've been working with the CIO Dashboard plugin recently and encountered two issues that I need help resolving:

  1. Dashboard Visibility Issue:
    When I assign a user to a group that has the sn_ciodashboard.ciodashboard_user role, the dashboard is not visible. However, if the user or group is given the ITIL role, the dashboard becomes visible.

  2. Widget Permission Issue:
    Some dashboard widgets display the message "You need permission to see this data." I've already tried creating read and report_view ACLs for the relevant tables, but the issue persists. Note that the visualizations were built using UI Builder, not through standard reports.

Yeah @Anand Khurana it was the BR and script include causing the issue. I found out using debugger.
