generate Document and combile them into one - PDF

Hi Community i have used  -below API to generate document task  or generate PDf dopcument without participant. for Incidentrecords.

new sn_doc.GenerateDocumentAPI().generateDocumentForTask(recordId, documentTemplateId, pdfName);

 The document template is stored and is same for all incidents. Now i need a Ui action on List view or scheduled job that can run on demand or scheduled which can generate PDf for individual records and then combine them all together or just create combined PDF all toghther as all incident with same fields .

lets say i have 10 incidents creaated last month then i would have form 1  for all 10 incident then combine them all together froming 10 page document. 

some time there could be  form 1 and form 2 for incident and rest can have form 1  still it needs to combine all PDFs after generation.

Any ideas how can i achieve this ?
