what is the cost of CIO dashboard?
what kind of ServiceNow license we need to get CIO dashboard for free?

the CIO dashboard is included in ServiceNow's performance analytics package, which may require additional licensing costs based on your subscription.

you need a performance analytics (PA) license with at least the ITSM standard or pro package to access the CIO dashboard for free.
