I have a issue:
Our CI discovered with the VMware model are all considered hardware and they are being counted in the ITAM license.
However, we do not want CIs with a VMware model to count toward ITAM licensing.
We plan to create a flow for the alm_hardware table.
Trigger is Created or Updated
Display name starts with Vmware
Exclude from HAM features is False
After We will update Exclude from HAM field is True for all CI to not caculated in ITAM licensing.
We would like to know if this has any impact on our system and is there any other way to exclude VMware from ITAM licensing?
