CIS - ITSM is a tricky one and the ebook is best-read ebook 2-3 times. also labs.

Check out the blueprint on NowLearning, get a PDI and go through the course material (do the labs without looking at the point to point explanation.

Don't rely on 3rd party tools with exam dumps/question banks. They often have the wrong answers highlighted as correct. NowLearning really is the best source (next to experience).

You can refer to E-books as well as Practice set from Quizlet that will help you to practice and don't forget to check the Release notes:
