Hi Team,

Can someone help me with some documentation that helps in explaining the integration between Cisco Unified Call Manager and ServiceNow?

Is there an OOB plugin available to perform this integration?

I don't think so there is anything OOTB.

I'm yet to get more requirement but as of now the only requirement to identify all the desk phones assocaited to CUCM and maintain them in CMDB.

There is not one out of the box.  Custom Discovery actions need to be created to query the Call Manager using SNMP and then also use SNMP to retrieve the phones/video units/endpoints which are registered to that Call Manager.  Both the Call Manager and the endpoints can be added/updated into the CMDB as CIs.
