Hi Team,

Can someone help me with some documentation that helps in explaining the integration between Cisco Unified Call Manager and ServiceNow?

Is there an OOB plugin available to perform this integration?

Looking into tips for this as well, not vendor-related posts. I have partially created some SNMP patterns, still trying to figure out how to properly import the desk phone information. I can provide some information and perhaps we can tackle this together.

 

I noticed when polling CUCM, it provides 79 OIDs via SNMP Classify but neither of them appear to have the exact ccmPhoneObject OID. So I'm trying to figure out where exactly I need to make this happen. Do I need to extend the existing Cisco Call Manager pattern or create my own new one? What should I be trying to do exactly to help the patterns discover.
