I have completed the ServiceNow Citizen Developer learning plan. However in one of the modules it is saying there are three articles I haven't read or completed even though I have gone through them multiple times. Also when I try to look at the second and third of the three, it just takes me to the first one. I am not sure what to do to get the certification/badge. Does anyone know how to help?
