Citizen Developer Training issue with Flow Builder testing

For the Automate Processes with Flows section of the Citizen Developer training I am having an issue with the Exercise: Test a Flow section of the instructions. When I run the test I get the screen (attached) telling me it has finished but when I click the "view flow execution details" nothing happens / changes / opens.
