Greetings,
I have a requirement to create an integration with Citrix Director where the specified user would have all their active Citrix sessions terminated. This could be called from an incident ticket where the specified user is the "Caller" or from a catalog item or from a Virtual Agent session where the specified user is the currently logged in user.
I'd welcome any insights anyone may have to accomplish this.
