Clarification Needed on Dispute Transaction Flow to VISA Sandbox

Hi All,
I am currently working on the CDMS-Visa integration and have successfully created Customers, Cards, and Transactions using the third-party service provider application (Atelio by FIS), and imported these details into ServiceNow through Atelio APIs. We are able to raise dispute cases for the customers created via Atelio; however, I would like to understand how the dispute transaction is transmitted to the VISA sandbox. Upon reviewing the existing data, I could not identify any REST step or action responsible for sending the transaction to VISA. Could you please clarify the mechanism or integration point through which the dispute is communicated to the VISA sandbox?
