Cleaning up Tenable data in ServiceNow (KB0863702)

Hello,

    I'm trying to use KB0863702 instructions to clean up tenable data in my dev UTAH instance. I've followed the steps to the letter and nothing seems to be happening. Is there any other way to clean up the data so that i can restart the integration? has anyone here had a similar issue?
