Clearing fields after clicking "Add to cart " in service portal

Hi,

We are migrating from from CMS to Service portal.

We are facing an issue related to " add to cart".

The user needs the capability to refill data in form after  adding entered details to cart.

 

I believe this can achieved by by clearing/ resetting the widget fields, but not sure how to get this done.

 

 anyone faced the same issue/ implemented a similar functionality ?

do we have a way to make this applicable only for specific items?

 

is it possible to implement the same  through client scripts instead of modifying widget that will modify the behaviour globally.?

 

i think it is not possible, but checking to confirm!!

 

 

It's not possible to do this with client scripts because that action will take place before the catalog item is submitted.

Hi SatheeshKumar,

Did you get a reply on this question.  I have a similar question.  On the "Add to Cart", I need to go back and add another item but need some of the fields cleared out but not all of them.
