Clicking on Categories from the Portal not showing the catalog item after Rome upgrade.

Hello all,

When I click on "Catalog" from the Portal and then try to click on a category the tiles don't change. Still it shows popular Item.

Currently it seems like this,

 

However, when I refresh the page the tiles appear correctly.

This is happening after the Rome upgrade. 

So, How can I fix this? Please help for this asap.

We had a similar issue and ServiceNow recommended the following fix in Rome. This fixed the issue for us.

This is usually caused by a cloned widget no longer working with other widgets that have changed in an upgrade. Check if you have customised on the 'SC Category Page' Widget by holding the Control key, right-clicking on the Popular Items widget and selecting 'Show Widget Customizations'

If it has been customised, try adding the original widget back on the page (should be called 'SC Category Page')
