closed incident editable?

Can Admin role allow to update data points/description/notes in a closed incident? is this possible?

Hello,

OOB as per the process once the Incident is closed no one should update the Incident.

But if you want to absolutely do it, there is an OOB UI policy named "Make fields read-only on close" if you make it inactive the fields will be editable for admin but not for other users.

Hi, Admin can edit the mentioned fields and it's an OOB behaviour. I hope, You can try with itil_admin role also allow to edit the closed incident as well.
