Closing Request Items using the Data Management Update Job

Good Morning,

I am trying to update catalog tasks to closed complete using the Closing Request Items using the Data Management Update Job.  I can get User groups and assigned to update but its not closing the tasks. Is this possible to do.

Table:  sc_task

Condition

active is true

state is work in progress

assignment group is IT-Iser Access

Created on 08/26/2022

Work notes list is empty

Fields and values

State Closed Complete

Worknotes closed

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Check if there is any Business Rule preventing the update of state.

Thats a good idea.  Thank you.  But this should be possible to do?

Did you preview your filters to ensure that there were records to update (to close), that the correct number of records were matching the filter criteria?

Were there any errors when you ran the job?

I did do the preview, and I'm not getting any errors.  But its not closing the tasks.
