Closing Request Items using the Data Management Update Job

Good Morning,

I am trying to update catalog tasks to closed complete using the Closing Request Items using the Data Management Update Job.  I can get User groups and assigned to update but its not closing the tasks. Is this possible to do.

Table:  sc_task

Condition

active is true

state is work in progress

assignment group is IT-Iser Access

Created on 08/26/2022

Work notes list is empty

Fields and values

State Closed Complete

Worknotes closed

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I had the same issue.

It seems that trying to add a worknote cause this issue.

When I did not try to update the worknote, but other fields, it works!
