Cloud Management plugin not activated

Hi,

 

I tried to activate "Cloud Management" plugin for my PDI (dev64440) but it failed. I received email:

You recently requested the "Cloud Management" plugin to be activated on your personal development instance: dev64440. Unfortunately the plugin was not activated. Please report this issue in the Instance Help section of the ServiceNow Developer Community.

Does anyone had similar problem and was able to fix it or received a help?

Hi @Piotr Sadowski1 ,

 Logout from PDI and wait for 10-15 minutes and try logging in back again.

Thank you @Community Alums for quick response. Yesterday I was trying for couple of times, without success. Today I tried again and it works 🙂 I activated this plugin through https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home -> Instance Action -> Active Plugin

Now I received email with confirmation of activated plugin.

This happens sometimes , glad it got activated 😀
