Cloud Test Runner - "Waiting for a Browser" Issue During Test Execution

We have completed the configuration of the Cloud Test Runner, and when we try to execute the test suite using the Cloud Test Runner, it only displays "Waiting for a browser to pick up this test."  Kindly review the attachment for the error.
