Hello Experts,

I've added an assignment history-related list to the asset form. My goal is to display the chronological record of the asset's assignments. For instance, if I initially assigned the XYZ asset to Abel on February 1st, 2023, and later reassigned the same asset to Bud Richman on December 3rd, 2023, I aim to exhibit the dates and the assigned individuals in the related history. How can I accomplish this? Please guide me on this.Thank You

Hi Mark Wood,

Configure the form view and add a related list: Audit Records.

Next, in the audit record related list, add a filter based on your requirements, which here seems to be Assigned to.

Click the set as default filter button.

You should be all set!
