Hi team,

We are creating the printer record by manually then hardware and asset record also creating but when we creating the printer record via import set API then hardware and asset records are not creating .. Could you please help me out from this issue ?

Hi @manju12 

It should create the asset automatically, even if you do it via API. Try sending only one record and wait for a few minutes, as asset creation can take some time.
