HTML Catalog Variable Not Displaying in Mobile App (Yokohama Version)

I have a catalog variable with the type set to HTML. It works as expected in the Washington DC version.

However, after upgrading the instance to the Yokohama version, the input field no longer appears on the Now mobile app, only the variable name is shown.

So is this issue related to the Yokohama version, or does the current ServiceNow version no longer support HTML-type variables on the mobile app?

Hi @TrangSN

For one user, try reinstalling the app and then check again. If the issue persists, log a new support case.

@TrangSN have you found any solution for this, I think I have a scenario where html stuff works on Android but not for iOS ,my instance is even on Yokohama patch 6.
