cmdb_ci_service table and (cmdb_ci_business_app) are not in sync .How can we sync them?

After Vancouver Upgrade Service field(cmdb_ci_service) of Incident is missing some values? How to update the same.

 

We have observed cmdb_ci_service table and (cmdb_ci_business_app) has those records as Operational Status as "Non Operational" and are not in sync.

 

Can we change its Operational Status as "Operational" and make it work?
