How to give menu list access to admin / Customer Agent

Hi All,
As a admin I couldn't see Category : "Cases", , Cases Category related menu lists " in Agent Workspace Home, Kindly help me how to display
ADMIN user has all basic roles
* admin
*sn_customerservice_agent
*agent_workspace_user
*awa_agent
*interaction_user
LNM- : Agent Workspace Home
below image from as a ADMIN in CSM Configurable Workspace , like as like Configurable workspace , I want see "cases" category in "Agent Workspace Home"

Navigate to form layout -> select the "workspace" view -> add the required fields. It will appear in the agent workspace.

You can define it in the Workspace Lists. Use the link below to open Workspace Config.

Under related list, you will see the Workspace List.
1. Create new Workspace List Category [sys_aw_list_category] for "Cases".
2. Create new Workspace Lists for the Category above. Such as: My Cases, My Open, etc.
