CMDB/ Dynamic CI Group : how /when is the Support Group of related CI updated ?

Hello everyone, starting with DynCI Grp definition, I defined a Techn.Service Offering, made the link to a Dynamic CI Group (with valid Query, and related CIs).
Now trying to raise an INC on one of the targeted CIs, the Assignment Group (= Support group) of the CI is still empty.
How (often) is this attribute completed ? by internal schedule job ? or on demand ?
